Story Wood ("we," "us") collects the information you provide when creating an account, building a personalized book (child's name, age, an optional photo), and placing an order (shipping address, contact details). Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

We use this information to generate your personalized story and illustrations, fulfill print and digital orders, and communicate with you about your account and orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Photos and story content you upload may be sent to our AI story and illustration providers solely to generate your book, and are not used to train third-party models beyond what those providers' own terms permit.
