Books are generated using AI story-writing and illustration tools based on the details you provide; while we aim for high quality, generated content may occasionally require regeneration to match your expectations, which you can do from your book’s preview page before ordering.

Digital books are delivered instantly after purchase. Printed books ship within the timeframe shown at checkout; delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Because each book is personalized and printed to order, all sales are final once a printed order has entered production, except where required by law.

The following policies form part of these terms and apply to every order: Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellations, and our Privacy Policy. Where a specific policy addresses a point in more detail than these terms, that policy applies.

You retain rights to any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it incorporated into a generated illustration.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Story Wood after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
